I’ve helped several individuals correct their flat feet. You just need to condition the ligaments, tendons and muscle which sustain the arches. This is achieved by doing various exercises for a period of time.
Am I the only person who finds flip flops uncomfortable?

I don’t understand how people wear them constantly. Flip flops dig into my toes and make cuts and sores. They also hurt my arches because they have no arch support. Plus, they have a tendency to slip off my feet so I feel like I have to claw them with my toes or something. I just don’t get why they’re so popular.

I also don’t understand why it’s so difficult to find nice sandals that aren’t completely flat. My feet are high arched and flat shoes kill my feet, more than high heels.

MonroyPro answers:

When the weather gets warm, and I wear them for the first time (whether they’re new or last years) I usually wind up with blisters between my toes.

I was just reading about how bad they are for the feet if worn all the time. They say it’s okay to wear them to the beach, or out to walk the dog…but not any further than that. Besides, they can cause accidents and even infections.

I see sandals with heels all over the place……they’re not all completely flat. Check out the department stores in your area or mall. If you have problems with your arches, you might even want to consider getting some made by Dr.Sholls…some don’t look bad.

How to pick Summer shoes or sandals with good support to avoid feet from spreading and swelling?

I’ve just realized that walking around in sandals has been making my feet swell up..
I’ve been wearing the Cozumel style Birkenstocks for the past 2 years and I’ve just realized that wearing such an open shoe isn’t so good for walking around with..
I notice that my feet spread and swell up when I wear those kinds of open shoes.. And from there on, I guess that the fluids collect in my legs but that there is nothing or no pressure to bring them back up in the same way that wearing a sneaker or a more structured shoe would do..
Knowing this much will help me to pick out a better sandal for the Summer, I think..
So I am shopping around for a new sandal and I am curious on what to look for, I’m hoping to find something kind of stylish as well so I’m trying to pinpoint the qualities of what makes a supportive walking shoe for the summer..
I think that maybe something that covers almost the whole foot but exposes only the heel and toe would work well for support?
I used to go by “arch support” that but now I’m convinced that the foot needs more than just arch support in the Summer especially when you’re walking around alot.. The foot needs to be held or hugged by something I suppose?
Is anyone experienced in this area?

Oh boy…I have flat feet, and I too also hate wearing shoes,so I know exactly what you’re talking about.

Here are some solutions:

- Tape your arches. To do this, place a strip of athletic tape around your heel that goes up the side of your foot on both sides until the end of your arch. Then, take strips of tape and tape your arch up…Start at one side of the foot and pull across so you feel the arch being pulled up.Do this for your entire arch. You don’t need to go all around your foot,it just has to be high enough up on it to stay in place.
- For sandals,Birkenstocks are great shoes for arch support.Reefs,Rainbows, and Tevas are also pretty good.Even Crocs make sandals,or the regular ones are also good.
- In terms of arch supports…I’ve tried pretty much every type of drugstore brand, and the only ones that I found to be at all helpful were the Dr. Scholl’s sport ones and Airplus insoles.Neither of these are too expensive, and they both help.

MonroyPro answers:

Dansko (www.dansko.com) and Chaco (www.chacousa.com) both have excellent arch support.

Dansko makes dressier sandals (and shoes). Styles like the Monika, Sela, and Sissy will have the highest arch. Many people find that once they try Dansko, that’s all they wear.

For flip flops and sport sandals, you can’t beat Chaco. Every Chaco sandal has a biometric footbed. This includes a high, supportive arch and a stabilizing heel cup. Their flip flops are the most supportive on the market.

Www.comfortableshoes.com has a good selection from both brands.

In your experience, what is the best sports sandal out there for guys with flat feet?

Me: 22 year old male with hella flat feet (size 12.5). ie. arches are non existent.

I live in the Sac. valley where it gets to be basically over 100 everyday in the summer months and I’m a pretty outdoorsy guy. So I’ve inevitably been wearing sandals a lot. I currently have a pair of Reef Fanning (love them) flip flops, but after finally going to the podiatrist and getting a nasty talking to I’ve started thinking about what to save up for.

I’m looking for more a sports sandal for the support, etc.

I’ve taken a liking to the Teva Tanza (http://www.teva.com/ProductDetails.aspx?g=m&categoryID=422&productID=4141&model=Tanza), but apparently they fall apart REALLY fast.

I’m also interested in the discontinued Timberland Trailway (http://www.shoes.com/Shopping/ProductDetails.aspx?p=19708&pg=1011317).

…but of course I have no clue what these even do in regards to flat feet.

What should I look for? And anyone have any specific recommendations?

Alright so I’m 14, and as the title says, I need a good pair of sandals for my “expeditions” so to speak.
I do alot of fishing, so I get my feet wet alot, and with tennis shoes, it takes too long for my feet to dry, and I often get the dreaded sower shoe smell. I need something that can get wet and possibly has anti-microbial fibers to stop the stink. I also do alot of hiking, so something with alot of support and comfort. I am slightly flat-footed, but it doesn’t hinder me that much from buying shoes with high- arch-supports. I cant really spend that much either but I would really like something that is gonna last.

I just got a job, and my Dad wanted to get Scholls for my feet. But I have a different view on foot support?

I recently got a job as a bagger (courtesy clerk) at a grocery store. My Dad wants me to get shoes that will ensure that I do not hurt my joints. Scholls, for example, though I am not sure if I spelled that correctly. But I am not sure if that might be the best thing to do?
I was told to wear tennis shoes with socks to the zoo, since I would be walking a lot. But I wore ankle-strapped sandals, (Not the cardboard kind, they have some support and are covered in suede.) yet my feet did not hurt at all. Those who did wear tennis shoes though, complained of their feet being terribly sore. Similar to today, while I was getting an orientation at work, I work flats and my feet were far from sore, yet the girl who wore tennis shoes complained of aching feet.

I will mostly be standing, on concrete floor. Would “supported” shoes help? Because I understand that concrete is an unnatural place to stand, compared with standing on soil all day.

Any tips from “barefooters?” Or those who know the feet quite well? What kind of shoes would be best for me?

(For a little history, from going barefoot more often and wear shoes that are more natural for my feet, I have little to no foot pain and my arches have gotten better. Compared to my sister who wears shoes recommended by relatives to avoid bad arches and joint pain, but now suffers from feet pain and joint pain.)

Opinions on barefoot running? Improving foot pain?

I just read an article on Yahoo about these new barefoot running shoes! My husband runs 4-5 miles a day, wearing traditional running shoes, and closed toed shoes to work. He complains that his feet hurt, and has recently started sticking arch supports in his shoes. This worries me, because I don’t believe feet belong in restrictive shoes, and I especially don’t believe that feet are meant to have all these special supports. I think his shoes are the the main source of his problems. I run too, and I may look like a nut job, but I wear Teva sandals (the kind with the strap around the ankle so they don’t fall of my feet). I wear the same sandals to work, which I walk to and from. In fact, I wear sandals year round, everywhere I go. In the winter, I just put socks on. I have worn sandals since I was 3, and before that age, my mom didn’t bother buying me shoes, she just let me run around barefoot or in socks. I have 0 feet, back, leg, joint problems. It worries me that my husband, who is only a year older than I am (22) is having feet problems this young. I’ve tries explaining that for thousands of years people wore flat sandals or boots in the winter, and they didn’t have issues with their feet until an advanced age. He tells me technology trumphs tradition. I tell him the proof is in the pudding, my feet don’t hurt, I wear sandals everywhere, his feet do hurt, and he wears all these fancy support shoes. But nonetheless, seeing this article piqued my interest. His birthday is coming up, and I might get him a pair, since his old running shoes are wearing out.

What do you think? Do you think it might help his feet some if he runs in shoes that mimic the natural running action, and allows the toes to flex for balance and the feet to grip the ground like they should? Do any of you use these? Are they durable for running? They really grabbed my attention, so I’m super curious on peoples opinions

I have been considering taking the plunge and trying a barefoot or natural running shoe for a while now, but a few things are holding me back.

First of all, there is no real proof that running barefoot or in Vibrams or Newtons is better for you. Barefoot style running shoes may be better for some people, worse for others.

Next, you may have to change the way your run. Part of it will come naturally as the body will quickly adapt a forefoot strike in order to protect the ankle, but there will still be an adjustment period for heel-strikers.

Finally, you can’t simply make the switch. It could take up to a year before you fully make the transition from shod to unshod. Unused muscles have to build up strength, so you will have to decrease your mileage and speed and for the first few weeks you will have to run just a bit in the new shoes and most of your time in the new ones.

Someday soon I will break down and try it, but I know that even having the dedication to stick with it and transition properly it may not be for me. Everyone is different.

You need to do a lot more research on this if you want to have the ammunition required to talk your husband into trying it, and he will need to stick with it and build up properly or he will wind up with more problems then he has now.

First of all- do you remember doing anything to your ankle? – Rolled it?, Jammed it?, Step on something?
Second- when do you experience most of your pain? – Like when you first step out of bed in the morning or when you stand up after sitting for awhile?
Third- Did you ever have pain before in your arch? Like before you started playing soccer again.

If you remember doing something to it, I would start with icing and advil. If there is any swelling put an ace wrap on to get that out. Keep it elevated when you are sitting. If it doesn’t start to feel better go to a doctor.
If you have pain when you first stand, that runs along the bottom of your foot you probably have plantar fascitis. Which is when the sheath around the tendons that run along your dorsal aspect of the foot becomes inflammed. Much like tendonitis. This can be helped with arch support, advil and ice massage (take a paper cup and fill with water, let freeze then tear the sides down and massage arch with it for 5 mintues before exercise).
If you never had problems before you may have drop arch, or your navicular has dropped due to the ligaments strain. Usually due to an injury but can happen from overuse.

Hope this helps, let me know if you need more info. If this doesn’t help seeing a sports med doctor will help.

Do you think Atty Berg is going to get any traction out of this letter to congress re: Obama?

Berg is ‘outraged’ at Congress as they failed the citizens of the United States by ‘not’ challenging Obama during the Electoral Vote on January 8, 2009 and Demands that Congressional Hearings be held regarding the ‘qualifications’ of Obama as we are headed for a ‘Constitutional Crisis’ by having an ‘ineligible’ President

LAFAYETTE HILL, PA — Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States and his case, Berg vs. Obama, in the U.S. Supreme Court is still pending regarding an Application for an Injunction, announced today that he wrote a letter to ‘each’ Member of Congress requesting they call for Congressional Hearings regarding Obama’s lack of qualifications for President due to their failure to question Obama during the Joint Session of Congress for the counting of the Electoral Votes. [A copy of the letter to Congress is at the end of this Release]

Berg said, “I am disappointed for the 300+ million U.S. citizens, our ‘Forefathers’ and for the tens of thousands that have died defending ‘our’ Constitution regarding the recent denial by the U.S. Supreme Court.

I am committed to keeping our efforts going to continue litigation until the truth of Obama being ‘not qualified’ for President comes out. The Obama candidacy is the biggest ‘HOAX’ ever put forth to the citizens of the United States in 230 years.

In addition to the current case in the U.S. Supreme Court, we have or will have:

A case filed two [2] months ago captioned Berg vs. Obama, said case ‘under seal’ so I cannot comment further;

The case of Hollister vs. Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama, filed 12/31/08 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Civil Action No. 08-02254; said case being an ‘Interpleader’ case with the Plaintiff, a retired Colonel from the U.S. Air Force, who is questioning whether to obey or disobey an order if Obama recalls him, based upon whether or not Obama is a ‘qualified’ President;

The case that was denied in the U.S. Supreme Court is still pending in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in the case of Berg vs. Obama, with our Brief due by January 20, 2009; and

If Obama is sworn in as President, we will file a Petition for Writ of ‘Quo Warranto,’ a case that will challenge Obama as being ineligible to serve as President because he is ‘not qualified.’

Berg states ‘if Soetoro a/k/a Obama is sworn in’ because Obama knows he is ‘not qualified’ and he should hold a Press Conference and Obama should state that I, as a black American, received more votes than anyone else on November 4, 2008 for President and on January 8, 2009 the Joint Session of Congress counted the Electoral College votes and announced that I am President-elect, but because of things in my background, I cannot be sworn in as President. However, Obama is not man enough to state the above!

More and more people are aware of the fact that Obama does not meet the constitutional ‘qualifications’ for President. When the truth finally comes out, individuals including Barack Hussein Obama, Michelle Obama, Howard Dean [Chair of the Democratic National Committee (DNC)], other top officials of the DNC, senior campaign staff and some of his new administration should be brought into the criminal justice system, indicted and tried with incarceration for those convicted.

Berg continued, “Obama is setting himself up to be blackmailed and perhaps he is already being blackmailed. He was the candidate for ‘change,’ but look at his cabinet 70% from President Clinton’s days and how about his Secretary of Defense, Gates. Give me a break!

There is nothing more important than ‘our’ U.S. Constitution and we will fight on!”

Accordingly, I wrote the Members of Congress requesting immediate hearings. The letter I sent follows:

555 Andorra Glen Court, Suite 12
Lafayette Hill, PA 19444-2531

January 15, 2009

Dear Member of Congress:

It is your duty, as a duly elected representative of the American people; to regain the respect you have lost by your inaction in not vetting Soetoro a/k/a Obama, by calling for a Congressional Hearing ASAP to determine the truth regarding qualifications of Barry Soetoro, otherwise known as Barack Hussein Obama, to be President of the United States.

My, my, you and the other Members of Congress just showed your true character, that being, no guts, no backbone and only interested in getting re-elected.

I refer to each of you in your lack of action regarding the now President-elect Soetoro/Obama.

As you must be aware, there are many unresolved questions concerning Soetoro/Obama’s status or lack thereof, as a ‘natural born’ American citizen, as required by ‘our’ U.S. Constitution.

On January 8, 2009, you failed your constituencies, your voters, the citizens in your district, as well as all citizens in our nation. Yes, you failed all of u

Your attorney has to file to withdraw from a case. You need to ask your attorney when he is planning on filing this motion and what day he will be in court. Then you can go to court and contest the motion. If he does not have a very good reason, the judge may make him stay on.

What will be the Obama citizenship conspiracy theory du jour after December 1st?

Apologies in advance; the setup for this is a bit longwinded. Here we go:

The current meme associated with Obama’s citizenship is that December 1st is the date it all hits the fan. This is apparently solely based on Philip Berg’s press release of November 7th, titled “U.S. Supreme Court Awaits Response to Berg’s Writ of Certiorari from Obama, DNC and Co-Defendants”

The press release says, “…the U. S. Supreme Court has set dates in which Barack Obama, the DNC and all co-Defendants are to respond to the Writ, which is on or before December 1, 2008.”

To begin with, there’s one major problem here: Berg can’t file a writ. That’s what the Supreme Court would do. What Berg has filed is a *petition* for SCOTUS to issue a writ – he is asking the court to ask the Philadelphia court to send them Berg’s suit against Obama to them for review. Four judges will have to agree to this petition before the writ is issued.

So what the Supreme Court has done is scheduled Berg’s petition on their docket, and said to all parties, “hey, tell us by December 1st why you think we should or shouldn’t respond to this petition” See:

http://origin.www.supremecourtus.gov/docket/08-570.htm

This has of course gotten spun wildly out of control, with a common interpretation of this situation being that Obama must provide his birth certificate by December 1st. This conveniently ignores that Obama *has* provided it, and the state of his birth *has* confirmed that it’s the real thing. (They’ve also confirmed that the idea that their governor — who by the way is a Republican who spoke at the RNC — did anything to “seal” his birth records is a crock). See:

http://www.starbulletin.com/news/breaking/33670554.html

Still with me? It’s time for the question….

Given that the most likely response to this request will be for the non-Berg parties to say “here’s why we think the writ should not be issued” and the most likely response from SCOTUS will be “makes sense to us”, what will the next phase of the conspiracy story be?

OK, Greeneyed Gila has turned up another one – Andy Martin has filed suit against the head of the Hawaii Department of Health and Governor Lingle, with a due date of Monday November 18. Two minor problems with this: A) Martin is a yet another raving nutbar, and B) the state denied the petition a few weeks ago.

http://www.state.hi.us/jud/opinions/sct/2008/29414ord.pdf

Nightmare: Obama *has* “shown the darn thing”, and most people (including the state of Hawaii) concur that it’s the real thing. Berg lost his suit and is appealing it to the Supreme Court, so it’s “ongoing” in that sense, but should it be?

Have you actually read the suit? It’s kind of nutty, to say the least. Among other things, he’s suing the DNC for compensation for his time spent campaigning for Hillary Clinton, since Obama won and she didn’t.

MonroyPro answers:

Barack Obama can’t produce his original birth certificate to a court because he doesn’t have it. No one has their original birth certificates. These are owned and kept on record by the state a child is born in.

Philip Berg knows this. He knows Obama can’t provide what he doesn’t own. Berg is a bitter nutcase Hillary Clinton supporter who once sued Bush, claiming he was responsible for 9-11.

The FBI, under section GS-SF-86, has already verified Barack Obama, as it does all presidential nominees, to ensure that he is qualified under our US Constitution to hold the office of President.

Although Berg has appealed to the US Supreme Court that, in itself, means nothing. The Court can refuse to review the case, can say it has no merit, can send it back to the Federal Court, etc. It’s highly unlike that the Supreme Court will over ride the findings of the FBI background check that has authenticated Obama’s original State Of Hawaii birth certificate.

As a Constitutional Attorney, do you think Obama will denounce the Patriot Act in lieu of Habeus Corpus?

Habeus Corpus = Lat. “you have the body” Prisoners often seek release by filing a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. A writ of habeas corpus is a judicial mandate to a prison official ordering that an inmate be brought to the court so it can be determined whether or not that person is imprisoned lawfully and whether or not he should be released from custody. A habeas corpus petition is a petition filed with a court by a person who objects to his own or another’s detention or imprisonment. The petition must show that the court ordering the detention or imprisonment made a legal or factual error. Habeas corpus petitions are usually filed by persons serving prison sentences. In family law, a parent who has been denied custody of his child by a trial court may file a habeas corpus petition. Also, a party may file a habeas corpus petition if a judge declares her in contempt of court and jails or threatens to jail her.
———————————————————————
It is incredible that we did not picket the White House and get an impeachment hearing on this one. George Bush should have been put in prison without rights of Habeus Corpus.

What are your thoughts on male victims of sexual harassment in the workplace (details)?

In Oncale v. Sundowner Offshore Services, the US Supreme Court unanimously ruled that Title VII’s protection against workplace discrimination “because of… sex” applied to harassment in the workplace between members of the same sex.

In late October 1991, Joseph Oncale was working for Sundowner Offshore Services on a Chevron USA Inc. oil platform in the Gulf of Mexico. He was employed as a roustabout on an eight-man crew. On several occasions, Oncale was forcibly subjected to sex-related, humiliating actions against him by his coworkers in the presence of the rest of the crew. Oncale was also sodomized with a bar of soap, and threatened with rape. Oncale’s complaints to supervisory personnel produced no remedial action. Instead, the company’s Safety Compliance Clerk called him a name suggesting homosexuality. Oncale eventually quit—asking that his pink slip reflect that he “voluntarily left due to sexual harassment and verbal abuse.”

Oncale filed a complaint against Sundowner in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, alleging that he was discriminated against in his employment because of his sex. Relying on earlier precedents, the district court granted summary judgment to the defendant, writing that “Mr. Oncale, a male, has no cause of action under Title VII for harassment by male co-workers.” Oncale appealed, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit affirmed the decision, and then after granting a petition for writ of certiorari, the Supreme Court reversed the decision.

TO CHRISTIANS ONLY!!!…Isn’t this wonderful news just in from the Supreme Court???

Dear Edward,
I am pleased to inform you that the Supreme Court of the United States has granted the ACLJ’s Petition for Writ of Certiorari in the Ten Commandments case out of Utah – Pleasant Grove City v. Summum (No. 07-665).
We’re delighted that the Supreme Court agreed to take this critical case – it’s exactly what we were hoping for.
And I thank YOU for your prayers and support in this matter! This is a significant step in preserving America’s religious heritage.
The Supreme Court is faced with a dramatic opportunity: preserve sound precedent involving the well-established distinction between government speech and private speech – or permit a twisted interpretation of the Constitution to create havoc in cities and localities across America.
I addressed this to Christians ONLY as millions of Christians in the USA have been praying fervently about this issue and VERY RARELY are those who are NOT Christians, interested, nor do they have any knowledge about the prayer which is behind this issue. It is under no circumstances meant to be an offense to those who are not Christians. To any who I have offended, I apologize.

MonroyPro answers:

Maybe. Depends on what country you live in. Generally in the US, you may petition to be a conservator if you have consent of the person to be protected, or you can show that appointing you as conservator is in the best interest of the person to be protected. Some states limit who can be a conservator to family members or other classes of interested persons specifically stated in the law.

After you qualify to be conservator, you’ll have to show in court that TV show was non-consensual. If there is someone already in place who had the legal authority and capacity to consent to the filming, they may win the case.

MonroyPro answers:

A ‘writ (court order)’ is an order written by the court which orders the party for whom the writ is created to either perform an action or to stop performing an action. For instance, a writ may order a person to clean up a back yard which resembles a junkyard or it may order a person to stop dumping raw sewage into a public lake.

‘Sue’ means to take a case to court (either civil or small claims) in order for a judge to settle a financial or property dispute. For instance, a carpenter who builds furniture for someone and doesn’t get paid for his work could take the person to court and sue them for his wages. It would then be up to the carpenter (plaintiff) to prove that the did the work but didn’t get paid and up to the person (defendant) to convince the judge why he shouldn’t have to pay.

A ‘Suit/lawsuit’ is the court case between the plaintiff(s) and defendant(s). If money or property is to exchange hands after the court case, the judge will write up a ‘writ (court order)’ laying out the terms of the exchange.

A ‘Petition’ is a request to the court to hold court and judge a lawsuit. That is, they ‘file’ the claim.

So There Is Another Lawsuit Against Obama?

A lawsuit was filed against CA Secretary of State, Debra Bowen, Barack Obama, Senator Joe Biden, and the California Democratic Party Electors
on November 12, 2008. Dr. Alan Keyes, Ambassador, Dr. Wiley S. Drake, Sr, and Markham Robinson initiated the Petition for Writ of Mandate in
Superior Court in Sacramento California. All California Electors are
listed as defendants.

The Petitioners are described as:

“INTRODUCTION
Parties
1. Ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes, Petitioner herein, is the Presidential candidate of the
American Independent Party, in the 2008 election, on the California State Ballot;
2. Dr. Wiley S. Drake, Sr., Petitioner herein, is a Certified California Elector of the
American Independent Party and is the Vice Presidential candidate of the American Independent Party, in
the 2008 election, on the California State Ballot;
3. Markham Robinson, Petitioner herein, is a Certified California Elector of the American
Independent Party, Vice Chairman of America’s Independent Party, and Chairman of the American
Independent Party;”

One thing is readily apparent in this petition. Alan Keyes unquestionably has standing.

Here is the main argument:

“65. There is a reasonable and common expectation by the voters that to qualify for the ballot, the individuals running for office must meet minimum qualifications as outlined in the federal and state Constitutions and statutes, and that compliance with those minimum qualifications has been confirmed by the officials overseeing the election process. Heretofore, only a signed statement from the candidate attesting to his or her meeting those qualifications was requested and received by SOS, with no verification demanded. This practice represents a much lower standard than that demanded of one when requesting a California driver’s license. Since SOS has, as its core, the mission of certifying and establishing the validity of the election process, this writ seeks a Court Order barring SOS from certifying
the California Electors until documentary proof that Senator Obama is a “natural born” citizen of the United States of America is received by her. This proof could include items such as his original birth certificate, showing the name of the hospital and the name and the signature of the doctor, all of his passports with immigration stamps, and verification from the governments where the candidate has resided, verifying that he did not, and does not, hold citizenship of these countries, and any other
documents that certify an individual’s citizenship and/or qualification for office.”

Read the entire petition here:

Can you believe that people are still trying to get President Obama declared ineligible?

________________________________________
OBAMA WATCH CENTRAL
Eligibility Battle Rages on 3 Fronts
Court, Congress and College Challenged on Constitutionality

Posted: January 18, 2009
By Bob Unruh
© 2009 WorldNetDaily

Officials at Occidental College in Los Angeles have been served with a demand to produce records of Barack Obama’s attendance there during the 1980s to determine whether he was registered as a foreign national.

The case is one of three fronts now established that contest the president-elect’s constitutional eligibility for the Oval Office.

The Supreme Court and Congress also are being challenged to address concerns that Obama doesn’t meet the requirements of the U.S. Constitution that the president be a “natural born” citizen.

WND has reported on a long list of legal cases raising questions over the issue, including several that have reached the U.S. Supreme Court. Justices have declined to give any of the cases full hearings on their merits, but another conference remains on the Supreme Court docket for Jan. 23 on the issue.

“If Obama is sworn in as president, we will file a Petition for Writ of ‘Quo Warranto,’ a case that will challenge Obama as being ineligible to serve as president because he is ‘not qualified,’” said Philip J. Berg, a lawyer who has brought several cases to court.

Berg, whose information is on his ObamaCrimes.com website, indicated the issue isn’t going away.

Orly Taitz, a California lawyer whose dispute remains pending before the high court, agreed, noting that one of the hearings already is scheduled for the days following Obama’s inaugural Tuesday.

Taitz said her arguments rest on precedents from both the California Supreme Court, which years ago removed a candidate for president from the ballot because he was only 34, and the U.S. Supreme Court’s affirmation of the ruling. The Constitution requires a president to be 35.

In one of the latest developments, Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation petitioned Occidental College with a demand for its records concerning Obama.

“The gravamen of the petition is the question as to whether United States Senator Barack Hussein Obama, of Illinois, is eligible to serve as president of the United States pursuant to the requirements for that office in the United States Constitution,” he wrote. “The records sought may provide documentary evidence, and/or admissions by said defendant, as to said eligibility or lack thereof.”

Where’s the proof Barack Obama was born in the U.S. or that he fulfills the “natural-born American” clause in the Constitution? If you still want to see it, join more than 200,000 others and sign the petition demanding proof of eligibility now!

College officials confirmed they received the notice but had not decided how to respond. The decision, however, may be removed from their hands because of the team of lawyers Obama has engaged to prevent such inquiries into his past.

“Senator Obama has filed responsive pleadings in this matter and is represented by counsel, and has the opportunity to object to this production, should he so desire,” the affidavit from Kreep said.

“Good cause exists for this production under Subpoena Duces Tecum, in that testimony will be elicited from the original records obtained through the witness named herein, and there is no other process available to secure said testimony,” he wrote.

The lawsuits allege in various ways Obama does not meet the “natural born citizen” clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which reads, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”

Some allege his birth took place in Kenya, and his mother was a minor at the time of his birth – too young to confer American citizenship. They argue Obama’s father, Barack Obama Sr., was a Kenyan citizen subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time and would have handed down British citizenship.

There also are questions raised about Obama’s move to Indonesia when he was a child and his attendance at school there when only Indonesian citizens were allowed and his travel to Pakistan in the ’80s when such travel was forbidden to American citizens.

The lawsuit on which USJF is working was filed on behalf of presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others, and describes the potential damage an ineligible president could create.

“Should Senator Obama be discovered, after he takes office, to be ineligible for the Office of President of the United States of America and, thereby, his election declared void,” argues a case brought on behalf of Ambassador Alan Keyes, also a presidential candidate. “Americans will suffer irreparable harm in that (a) usurper will be sitting as the President of the United States, and none of the treaties, laws, or executive orders signed

Even Higher Courts do not take serious view of false affidavits submitted to affect judgements, Why?

In some writ petitions ,the respondents submit false statements even with affidavits under oath to distort the facts trying to mislead the courts to attempt miscarriage of justice to petitioners. Inspite of pointing out the falsehood of the statements made and that too under affidavit, the High Court does not take the matter as serious. What sort of justice can be expected from the court?
Even after the petitioner submits the documents issued by the responds along with his affidavit to prove the false hood of statements of respondents made in return, the courts are lukewarm to the allegation of prejury levelled by petitioner on respondents. The lawyers can reply better as to why and how this happens and how the courts can be compelled for action.

I have faced this same problem. In my matter, I filed an Application u/S.340CrPC asking the Court to take action against my opponent for Perjury. I have cited Supreme Court judgments : Suo moto vs Karuppan and Arivandandam vs Satyapal, which specifically direct the lower courts to deal with perjury in a severe manner. Another good judgment to cite along with perjury applications is Chengalvaraya Naidu vs Jagannath – fraud on court. As mine is a Civil matter being a suit filed against me, I have also made an Application u/O.7 R.11 CPC for rejection of the plaint on these grounds. My applications are still pending; the previous judge was inclined to view it very seriously but then she got transferred and the present judge does not seem very interested but because he has to dispose of my Application, he grudgingly said he will hear it simultaneously with the main matter. Then he gave a very long date, probably to avoid having to apply his mind ! However, I will not let go and will take this up to the next level if I have to. I am sure that the Bombay High Court will take it seriously. I appear in person. Lawyers will never encourage clients to file perjury applications because most of them make false and misleading statements in affidavits prepared for their clients, as a matter of routine.

You have to send it to the District Court that is responsible for the part of the state in which you or your loved one is actually being held, which may or may not be where the trial was. If at all possible, get a lawyer to help you. If there is no way to get any help from a lawyer, get help from the smartest prisoner you know who has filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus while being held at the SAME facility.

MonroyPro answers:

You should not take assistance from a law student — because the law student could get into trouble for unauthorized practice of law — California law is very strict about that.

But feel free to contact me offline — I am licensed to practice law in California — I may be able to help.

Have you heard the latest on Berg’s case?

Obama Crimes
U.S. Supreme Court Update Regarding The December 01, 2008 Deadline
Thursday, 04 December 2008 01:46 Webmaster Main – News
E-mail Print PDF
We understand everyone is eager to learn what occurred on December 1, 2008, at the U.S. Supreme Court. There is a rumor claiming Mr. Obama was Court Ordered by Justice Souter to turn over his birth certificate by December 1, 2008. This is NOT true.

When a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari is filed the Defendants automatically are given thirty (30) days to respond. They are not required to respond. The end of thirty (30) Days in the Berg v. Obama case was December 1, 2008. Keep in mind, the Defendants could have mailed in a response to the Petition for Writ of Certiorari and the Court allows approximately a week for mail. If this is the case, the envelopes must be postmarked December 1, 2008.

In the afternoon, December 1, 2008, Lisa, Mr. Berg’s Assistant contacted the U.S. Supreme Court and spoke with the Clerk. The Clerk informed Lisa Mr. Berg’s Petition for Writ of Certiorari would be distributed to all nine (9) Justices and a conference should be set within ten (10) days. As I’m sure you are aware, during the conference the Justices will discuss Mr. Berg’s Petition for the Writ of Certiorari and decide whether or not to grant or deny the Petition. It only takes four (4) out of nine (9) Justices to agree to grant Mr. Berg’s Petition for Writ of Certiorari. The Justices can also make other Orders during the Conference.

Mr. Berg’s Office also learned the Solicitor General is only representing the Federal Election Commission

Additional documents will be filed within the next couple of days. All Legal briefs will be posted on our website, so please continue checking back for updates.

Interesting article, Deb! Thanks for sharing!
The lawsuit in California seems very promising. It is filed by presidential candidates and the Supreme Court may see that as “actionable” than Berg’s.

http://www.usjf.net/

Michael, where did Berg say he had just found this out? We all knew Obama was not going to respond and we all know why, too.
TotalA**, if you’re so bored, why are you here? I know why. YObama-supporters are worried about these lawsuits.
and you post that same sad post in every thread…
Yea, Ducky, I agree! Obama sure is wasting our tax dollars and so far 1 mil of his own dollars…
Liberals and Democrats, you seem to think this is the only case filed demanding proof that Obama is a natural-born United States citizen. That is just Obama-propaganda. There are suits filed in, I think, 11 states,…so far, like the one in California. Check out the link above…
Wendy, Obama himself proves that there is reason to suspect he lacks the qualifications… And please, Berg isn’t my “messiah.” I am interested in his case because it has to do with my cause. He is not the first attorney to be sued by a client or reprimanded by a judge, is he?

Let’s pray the supreme court will do the right thing and investigate this. We need to know the truth, one way or the other.

Edit: A little more for you:

December 1, writes attorney Thomas J. Latino, was “the deadline for the Obama legal team to file their response to the Berg Petition for a Writ of Certiorari. There was nothing. Mr. Obama has done what hasn’t been done before…he] has blatantly ignored a request from the Supreme Court of the United States – our highest and most revered legal institution. Mr. Obama, quite frankly, has thumbed his nose at the highest court in our land.”
