I have somewhat flat feet and i am starting to get a bunion and i know that when you have arch support that stops happening, so i was wondering .. would this help that?
I have like orthopedic pads or whatever to put in my shoes.
Also i cant seem to find out whether or not it comes with two band supports (one for each foot) because if not than that doesn’t really help me.

I’ve helped several individuals correct their flat feet. You just need to condition the ligaments, tendons and muscle which sustain the arches. This is achieved by doing various exercises for a period of time. If you wish to learn more, email me k.sordo@gmail.com

Plantar Fashiitis?
I have plantar fashiitis, I am looking for a pair of sandals with good arch support, finding tennis shoes has been easy. But there are times when I want to wear sandals. Any suggestions I have considered birkenstocks. So anyone who has this painful and annoying foot condition have ant input for me? Thank You

MonroyPro answers:
Birks are good, you can always go to a podiatrist and ask them to make you an foot support that you can insert in any shoe, if your insurance covers it you are in.-blurey

John asks…
Have you tried Curves Leg Toning Sandal sold by Avon?
Did they really tone your legs? Any problem with shin splints? Do they have an arch support?

MonroyPro answers:
I have them and I like them. I dont know if they tone my legs or not but it is a work out wearing them. I don’t think they really have an arch support but I have bad feet and I’m fine when I wear them

William asks…
Am I the only person who finds flip flops uncomfortable?
I don’t understand how people wear them constantly. Flip flops dig into my toes and make cuts and sores. They also hurt my arches because they have no arch support. Plus, they have a tendency to slip off my feet so I feel like I have to claw them with my toes or something. I just don’t get why they’re so popular.
I also don’t understand why it’s so difficult to find nice sandals that aren’t completely flat. My feet are high arched and flat shoes kill my feet, more than high heels.

MonroyPro answers:
When the weather gets warm, and I wear them for the first time (whether they’re new or last years) I usually wind up with blisters between my toes.
I was just reading about how bad they are for the feet if worn all the time. They say it’s okay to wear them to the beach, or out to walk the dog…but not any further than that. Besides, they can cause accidents and even infections.
I see sandals with heels all over the place……they’re not all completely flat. Check out the department stores in your area or mall. If you have problems with your arches, you might even want to consider getting some made by Dr.Sholls…some don’t look bad.
